  • Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take slightly longer, depending on design complexity.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your tracking details.

Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Remote regions may experience slightly longer timelines.

  • All shipments are insured until delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, courier availability, weight, and value of jewellery.

  • For international orders, additional charges like custom duties or taxes may apply as per destination country regulations.

Packaging & Security

  • Jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging.

  • All products include BIS hallmarking and IDI certification for authenticity.

  • Please refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with.

Tracking Orders

  • You will receive a tracking number after dispatch.

  • Order status can be monitored through the โ€œTrack Orderโ€ section on our website or via our courier partnerโ€™s platform.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Unforeseen delays due to festivals, natural events, or courier issues may occur.

  • We will notify you proactively if timelines change.

Eligibility

Return or exchange is allowed if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging, with certificates and invoice intact.

  • It clears quality check upon return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised designs

  • Engraved or resized items

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance

  • Gift cards/vouchers

Return Process

  1. Initiate a request:

  2. Approval & Shipping:
    After approval, ship the product securely to the designated return address. Shipping must be pre-paid and insured by the customer to avoid transit damage or loss.

  3. Inspection & Refund:
    Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 7โ€“10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

  • You may select another item of equal or higher value, paying the difference.

Refund Policy

  • Issued only after inspection

  • Shipping and making charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If damaged or incorrect on arrival, notify us within 48 hours for replacement or refund support.

International Returns

  • Return shipping, logistics, and customs duties must be borne by the customer.

Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

  • After 24 hours, if production or processing has begun, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • These cannot be cancelled once confirmed because production begins immediately.

Cancellation Request

Refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days to the original payment mode.

Order Refusal

  • If an order is refused at delivery without prior notice, Oracare reserves the right to deduct shipping, handling, and return costs before initiating any refund.
